I gave birth in this hospital in November 2022 at the grand old age of 41. The care I received from my OB/GYN (Dr. Chih-Chien Cheng) throughout the pregnancy and during the delivery (via c-section) was wonderful. His English is impeccable and he really took time to explain everything to me. I stayed for five nights in the hospital, and I must say, the nurses are amazing! They took great care of me and the baby during our stay. We had a fright with a suspected brain hemorrhage on day two. The hospital immediately arranged for us to be transferred to National Taiwan University Hospital for observation and testing. Thankfully, it was a false alarm, but the swift actions, response, and caution of Taipei City Hospital and the pediatricians Yu-Ruei Zhang and Zhen Liu were commendable.
