1. This is my second review, 2 days ago, I visited the hospital and I'm feeling disappointed. They charged me a hospital consultation initial fee of 2750 yen again, despite me informing them that it wasn't my first visit and that I had already paid it before. They explained that the fee was due to my internal medication appointment today, to which I agreed. However, upon reaching the internal medication department, I recalled my visit in January when I also had an X-ray done. I raised this concern with the staff, mentioning that I had already undergone internal medication in January and questioned why I had to pay the initial fee again. The staff then consulted with the internal medication center, who confirmed that I had indeed been there in January for an X-ray. Despite this, they insisted that I still needed to pay the initial fee again due to the differing conditions or causes of my visits. Both now and in January, I sought treatment for a cough and a runny nose. Unlike in January, today I didn't undergo any specific checks or treatments, such as an X-ray. And when I received the medicine it also same like i had before. I'm feeling disappointed by this situation. They only give me many reason to pay initial fee again. Still wonder why should i pay the initial fee. Is it because i am foreigner? Please be honest.
2. It's my first time at this hospital and the all the staff were so nice to me. Being sick abroad is not easy. Also the language barrier, but Akai-san helped me through all the difficult process. I still need to go back to the hospital for more checkups but at least I know there's someone there to help.
