A friend had a surgery here. I drove them to and from the appointment. I have been blown away by the staff. Patient, kind. Compassionate and professional. So many rules can cause your head to spin, but the kindhearted attitude that flows through the whole organization is unparalleled. I feel so grateful! The buildings are also very clean and nicely decorated. Pleasant experience to be here. I got hungry while I was there. I was encouraged not to leave so I visited the cafeteria reluctantly. I was amazed at the quality and variety but even more surprised at the low cost. If I lived in Ashland, I would make this a favorite place to eat alone or with friends. Not sure if they allow that, but I was impressed! My whole impression of hospitals has changed. I hope other hospitals do what they are doing. It’s a good change.

Excellent hospital services. Nurses, and Surgeons.everyone. I would recommend this hospital and its staff to anyone getting a hip replacement. They did an outstanding job.
