1. I made a call to TTSH Out-Patient Pharmacy today (31/5/24) to speak to counter staff of Malaria Pills. Counter was not opened yet.
Ann Tan attended to me. Though she is not staff of that counter she asked how she could help. She took time to listen to my concern, answer my questions and assure me.

2. At Emergency Department on 11/3/24 afternoon. Place was rather crowded, medical staff were doing their best to attend to patients. Jehan was extremely attentive and even offered my son a face mask who was there to be treated for a hand injury. Thanks to everyone!
