The Lyallpur Medical Services Trust (LMST) is a charity-based institution in Faisalabad, Pakistan, dedicated to providing free medical services to the needy. Founded by Dr. Capt. (Retd.) Sultan Akbar Qureshi, it started as Ghafoor Fatima Memorial Free Dispensary and Eye Care Center, later renamed Lyallpur Medical Services Trust. LMST operates a free hospital and provides services in various specialties, supported by donations and visiting specialists.
