1. I am super impressed by the extraordinary professionalism of the staff, especially the doctors, ambulance officers and support team. They were switched on and thorough and knew how to put us at ease in an incredibly stressful situation. The wait time experience wasn't great but that was not within their control. Thank you QEH!
2. Had a really good experience in emergency today. Very kind and caring doctors and nurses. I would love to see covid+ patients more isolated though. A curtain isn’t really enough to keep other vulnerable ppl safe.
