Seven Oaks General Hospital is a lower acuity care community hospital serving the northwest corner of Winnipeg and a provider of shared services for the rest of Winnipeg.

Seven Oaks is the administrative headquarters for the Manitoba Renal Program and a site for a comprehensive Kidney Health service.  The hospital serves as an Urgent Care Centre and has 304 in-patient beds for Family Medicine and Rehabilitation Geriatrics. Seven Oaks operates several out patient services including, Diagnostic Imaging, Dialysis, Endoscopy, Geriatric Day Hospital, Oncology and Renal Health Clinics.

We are a longstanding and significant contributor to health promotion, health education and support for chronic disease management and operate the Wellness Institute, Canada’s leading medical fitness facility and the Chronic Disease Innovation Centre.

Seven Oaks has one on site family medicine clinic, Kildonan Medical Centre (a Graduate Teaching Facility affiliated with the University of Manitoba Faculty of Medicine). We are working to connect hospital and Urgent Care with with follow-up care by family physicians, rehabilitation and support for self-management at The Wellness Institute, all under the same roof.

We also offer other services such as; Spiritual Care Services, Volunteer Services and Indigenous Health Services.
