1. I had a rare eye disease that couldn't be seen at a regular ophthalmologist, so I visited a general hospital near my house.
The ophthalmology doctors and nurses are all very nice people, and I feel safe going to the hospital.
Hospitals also have automated reception and payment processes, and there are staff on hand, so everything goes very smoothly. (It's a big hospital and there are a lot of patients, so you'll have to wait.)
I didn't have a very good impression of general hospitals, but thanks to everyone who works here, my image has changed to a good one.
2. I am undergoing orthopedic surgery here due to a broken bone.
When I got into a taxi on the first day with a letter of introduction, the driver persistently told me that I should not go here. I think that's also disrespectful. That's why I don't like taxis.
I think I have seen over 50 doctors so far, but I have never seen such a wonderful doctor.
I really wish all doctors were like this.
For some reason, most of the staff in the ward are young, but they are working very hard and I was just so impressed.
The rehabilitation staff were also wonderful.
This isn't a restaurant or hotel, so I don't want to be the type of person who gives a lowest rating just because something bad happened.
