The Regional State Autonomous Healthcare Institution "Tomsk Regional Clinical Hospital" (ROCH) is a leading multidisciplinary medical institution in the Tomsk Region and one of the largest hospitals in the Siberian Federal District. The RCH includes a consultative and diagnostic outpatient clinic, a 950-bed hospital with 24 specialized departments, an emergency consultative medical care department (air ambulance), and a boarding house.

During the year, doctors of the TOKB provide outpatient medical care to 150,000 patients, and 26,000 people receive inpatient treatment. The surgeons of the TOKB perform about 15,000 operations annually.

Almost 1,500 residents of the Tomsk region receive emergency medical care via air ambulances every year. Doctors of mobile teams annually provide planned consultative care to almost 3,000 residents of remote areas of the region. Consultative care is organized using telemedicine technologies. The Tomsk Regional Clinical Hospital has 1,800 employees, including 450 doctors and 633 nurses.

The name itself speaks for itself. REGIONAL CLINICAL HOSPITAL!!! Good specialists. Good equipment. More than one person was helped here and more than one human life was saved. Thank you very much to the doctors and medical staff who help people in the full sense of the word. He was in the ophthalmology department. Everything was fine. The rooms are bright and clean. The medical staff is polite.
The food certainly doesn't have much variety. Not a restaurant after all. But you can eat. Everything is purely dietary and everything is balanced for a healing body. They won't let you die of hunger. I have attached a photo of the food.
