Hospital Beds & Infrastructure

I had my kidney stones operated recently. Dr. Ashok Gupta was always available and gave adequate attention, the treatment was smooth and the the communication between the hospital & the insurance company too was hassle free. The support staff was well mannered and kept checking on me from time to time. Overall a really good treatment & experience.--------------------- Ramandeep Singh

 

My father Mr. Rajender singh had two successful prostate enlargement surgeries at Tripti Hospital. The surgeon, consultants, and receptionist were professional and supportive. We stayed in Room 203 — the cleanliness was excellent.
However, the call bell in the room was often ignored, and I had to find nurses or compounders myself most of the time. Staff behavior overall was good.Still, based on treatment quality and hygiene, I’m giving 4 stars. With better response to patients, this could easily be a 5-star hospital----------------------Deepanshu singh Ur daddy
