I had my kidney stones operated recently. Dr. Ashok Gupta was always available and gave adequate attention, the treatment was smooth and the the communication between the hospital & the insurance company too was hassle free. My father Mr. Rajender singh had two successful prostate enlargement surgeries at Tripti Hospital. The surgeon, consultants, and receptionist were professional and supportive. We stayed in Room 203 — the cleanliness was excellent.
However, the call bell in the room was often ignored, and I had to find nurses or compounders myself most of the time. Staff behavior overall was good.Still, based on treatment quality and hygiene, I’m giving 4 stars.
