From the very moment we approached the registration counter, we were greeted with kind, courteous, patient staff. We felt confident in their competency in checking me in and confirming all bits of information were accurate and making sure our questions were answered. Everything went so smoothly. We didn't have to wait to be taken to my room. The nurse was so sweet, patient, empathetic, thorough, and kind. I felt very comfortable in the care I was getting, and did not feel nervous at all. The Anesthesiologist and my Dr/Surgeon were very kind and thorough, as was the OR staff. My recovery was comfortable, informed, and care was given in such a kind way.
