About Us :

Troy Regional Medical Center, founded in 1969, is a 97-bed licensed acute care hospital serving a seven-county region in southeast Alabama. Operated by the Troy Hospital Health Care Authority Board, it provides inpatient, outpatient, and emergency services, including advanced diagnostics, surgery, rehab, wound care, and behavioral health. Arrived at Emergency room, and my grandson was taken back within 5 minutes. His intake nurse, Krista, was so attentive, gentle, and oh so caring. He was so scared of getting stitches, but everyone was reassuring him no needles unless they were needed. He thought there were race cars in the CAT scan machine. The radiology tech was also very caring and gentle. Thank you to everyone who was in his care team. I'm so glad to see our hospital doing so much better.
