1. Absolutely bonkers. There doesn’t seem to be much order at first but I went with a very kind Vietnamese friend who help navigate the chaos with me. The CT scan technicians and staff weren’t overly friendly but they did their jobs swiftly and competently, which is a plus in a place as busy as this. Results took about three hours to receive. Check in is on the first floor and I do not recommend coming without a native speaker as no one staff member has time to translate or pay much attention to you. Prices were reasonable. Parking is a total shitshow but there are indie parking places on the surrounding streets.

To avoid adding an extra load to our overworked public healthcare system, foreigners should stick to private or international hospitals.
Foreigners who leave complaints despite enjoying the low fee of local public hospitals: please use privates because public hospitals are key venues of poor villagers who travel overnights to saigon just for short consultations. They arrive at 2am and queue in front of the hospital.
