It is a hospital worth using as it is used as Ubasuteyama. The fact that there have been no operations over the years speaks volumes. If there is a life you want to save, and you want to save it, the best chance of survival is at a hospital that performs several hundred surgeries a year in the acute phase of secondary and tertiary emergency.
