I cannot say enough good things about this ER. We came in late Saturday night and were taken care of from the front door to the ambulance ride. I felt seen and heard. They didn’t once minimize my situation and I didn’t feel like I was rushed out the door. They were very thorough with their assessments and treatments. Once they realized they were unable to treat my condition, they set up everything with Grandview and got me transferred right away. I cannot recommend them enough!

I have been having severe kidney pain and came here after visits to other Birmingham area emergency departments. Dr.Grass is the most compassionate ER doctor that I have come across through this whole process. She sat down and listened to all of my concerns and even made me an appointment herself to follow up with internal medicine! I was so afraid that we would have a bad experience like we had at other hospitals but between Dr.Grass and our nurse Brandon, we left with so much peace going forward and immediate help for my pain.
