I went to the new hospital today for a bone density scan. I was taken back for my scan at the scheduled time and the tech, Cari, was absolutely terrific! Friendly, professional, and courteous, she explained everything before the scan. The building itself is beautiful as well as the grounds. I was contacted later the same day by my primary care physician and given the scan results. I would definitely recommend their imaging services.

I was admitted to uab med west/new/ on 9/9/24 with Pre-eclampsia, the UAB med west L&D floor was extremely quick with their treatment, the nurses were friendly, and the doctors very respectful! Especially: constance (RN) Dr. Peters , Dr. Kid, and my OB is Dr. Carmen Collins ❤️ /the resident was also very respectful but I don't remember his name/ but all of the staff was nice. This is the 2nd baby I've had at UAB west /same staff new location/ and I'm extremely happy with both experiences ❤️ even when you feel your absolute worst, they are all very kind and respectful
