My dad was flown out here to this hospital. We have been here for seven days and the staff has been so supportive and nice. They amazing surgical team has also been very supportive. They have allowed me to listen in when the doctors come around to discuss my dads status. If I have questions they are very informative in explaining. I was taken to this hospital by ambulance from another hospital. The neurosurgeons saved my life by promptly cutting out infectious material off my spine. They had to clean up the mess that the neurosurgeons from Denver Health left in my spine from their spinal surgery. Denver Health left staples in my back for almost a month because, I could not afford to pay a cab to go to an appointment.
I am very grateful for the time that the neurosurgeons took to save my life. The poignancy in my heart humbles me and with my core being I thank each and everyone who was in that operating room, and without knowing me saved me, so I could see another day.~James Mervin
