From the time I entered the building everyone was so very helpful. The front desk volunteers, the ladies that signed me in and directed me to my testing area, the ladies in the mammogram department was all excellent staff. Ashley who preformed my procedure explained EVERYTHING that she was doing to me. SHE WAS GREAT!!! THANKS TO ALL OF OUR FRONTLINE EMPLOYEES. I was there on Friday 1-15-21 @ 11:00.THANKS TO EVERYONE!!! I visited Tripoint for a mammogram ultrasound after something showed up on the mammogram I had the week before. I had a very good experience at this visit. The ultrasound technician was very professional and kind. She helped me to feel comfortable during the ultrasound and expained the results professionally and took the time to answer my questions. I appreciated her taking the time to talk to me about my procedure and to carefully explain the results. I also very much appreciated her kindness. It reminded me again-- Kindness Matters!!
