Unity Healing Center is a 16-bed, co-ed residential treatment facility located at 448 Sequoyah Trail Dr., Cherokee, North Carolina. Operated by the Indian Health Service (IHS), it provides long-term, culturally integrated care for Native American youth aged 13–17 struggling with substance use disorders. The average stay is 80–90 days, focusing on holistic healing through evidence-based therapies, cultural programs, and family involvement.
