I’ve had an amazing experience with Dr. Alatoree and Nurse Leann over the years. They are everything you would want your nurse and doctor to be. They listen, they care, they respond to messages promptly, they allow you to make your own decisions and inform without persuading. I enjoy seeing them and know I’m in good hands. Most receptionists are friendly and caring. Unfortunately some have a tone in their voice that aren’t welcoming or caring and sound like they hate their job. I don’t understand why they choose to work in this field but don’t let those select few discourage you. Example being; “thank you for your help” and they respond in mono tone “mhm bye” *click* This is still a place that deserves 5 stars in my opinion.
