My 6 yr old was having a lot of ear pain last night, and I suspected he had an ear infection. We checked the urgent care statuses, and all said booked,that we may not be able to get seen, but needed to try. This location is closest to us, so this is where we started. When we arrived, the front desk gal asked if we could wait until tomorrow, but my son rarely complains, and he was really hurting, so I asked if there was anywhere else we could try. Instead of sending us out the door, she so kindly worked us in. We saw Savannah and Dr Kakani, and they were both so good to us. Thorough, but quick. It was late, closing time, and I knew our pharmacy was closed, so asked about a 24 hr pharmacy. Dr Kakani directed us down the hall, but said to hurry as they were about to close. The ladies there were so sweet and helpful. Not one single person made us feel bad for being there late. My son is feeling so much better today, and this momma is so very thankful for the kind folks at this location.
