1. I am a life long Edmontonian without a doctor who avoids hospital visits at all costs due to wait times. Today I found myself with no choice but to go to emergency. I went to U of A Emergency and was pleasantly surprised by the service I received there. All the staff from support staff, technicians, nurses and the doctor were cheerful, helpful, professional and highly efficient. Although I was still there about 5 hours, it's reasonable for the volume of patients. Everyone was still consistently cheerful and helpful. It was good to see more experienced nurses helping learning nurses with such a great attitude. My doctor made me feel like a priority and was informative and humorous. The nurse that discharged me understood I wanted to go home and was empathetic, helpful and quick to get me on my way. I just wanted to thank everyone there for really making a bad situation into a bearable , comfortable and efficient one.

2. My wife suffers from high blood pressure. Her blood pressure suddenly rose last Sunday, and she was admitted to the university hospital. Because her blood pressure was too high, in the brain blood vessel ruptured. After surgery, she was admitted to 4a4 ICU. The surgery was performed on him that night. The doctors and nurses are very friendly and serious. The caregivers and doctors in the ICU are very good. They are very kind and polite. The day shift and night shift caregivers are very good. They take care of my wife very professionally and seriously. , they take care of the patients like angels sent from heaven. I am really grateful to them. Thank you very much.
