Always a pleasant environment with multiple providers. As the Utah and Salt Lake City medical environment continue to percolate in difficult directions, the U of U Hospital became my target and eventual completion of ALL medical services and intervention needs. I could list 8 or 9 providers , but My Chart lists them all 5 star providers from med techs, RN's, clinical specialists, PAs and physicians. I am very fortunate and appreciate the services I am provided. Thank you.

It was great from start to finish. The man checking me in was friendly and patient even though I didn't know where they checked people in. The first person who met with me prior to the doctor was very thorough. Both her and the Dr were patient with me when I gave them estimated dates and then realized I had them in an app. They updated the dates they had already entered for me. Dr Moreno has excellent bedside manner. I love that she would answer my question by saying "good question." I felt validated and then comfortable in asking her intimate questions. She also thanked me for being prepared and having good knowledge of my history. I actually didn't feel very prepared but that was kind of her to say. Dr Merino is very knowledgeable and I was able to trust what she was telling me. I don't believe I would have been able to trust what she was telling me if she would have had a more abrupt bedside manner and acted as though she was in a hurry. It's hard to talk about such personal things at a gyn's office. I left feeling positive and confident after that initial appointment.
