UPFH Family Clinic West Jordan is a non-profit, Federally Qualified Health Center located in West Jordan, Utah. Since opening in 2019, the clinic has expanded to serve a growing community with integrated medical, behavioral, and pharmacy services. The clinic is part of Utah Partners for Health, a network dedicated to providing affordable, accessible care to underserved populations.
