I always have such a good experience when I go to this hospital. The wait time is a lot less than most places in my experience. The doctor and nurse I dealt with tonight went above and beyond! The nurse talked me through the entire procedure and tried her best to help me in every way she could and distracted me while the doctor did what he needed to do. I couldn’t thank her enough. I was scheduled for a total knee replacement at your institution, which went off without a hitch three weeks ago. Everything down to the last detail was perfect. The staff were courteous and helpful, the surgical team top notch. The surgeon, Dr. Andrew Berkshire was masterful. I wanted to specifically congratulate LPN Emma Ball, who was absolutely wonderful after the procedure was done. This woman is a natural as far as the nursing profession is concerned.
