I was scheduled for a total knee replacement at your institution, which went off without a hitch three weeks ago. Everything down to the last detail was perfect. The staff were courteous and helpful, the surgical team top notch. The surgeon, Dr. Andrew Berkshire was masterful. I wanted to specifically congratulate LPN Emma Ball, who was absolutely wonderful after the procedure was done. This woman is a natural as far as the nursing profession is concerned.
