About Us :

UT Health San Antonio MD Anderson Cancer Center (also known as Mays Cancer Center) is the only NCI-Designated Cancer Center in South Texas, founded in 1974 and now celebrating 50 years of excellence. It provides comprehensive cancer care, cutting-edge research, clinical trials, prevention, and education. I have had nothing but positive experiences with the Surgical Oncology and Endocrine Surgery division at MD Anderson. I feel grateful that I was able to be under the care of Dr. Colin Court and his team. I was extremely nervous going in, but Dr. Court made me feel at ease immediately. His nurse, Demetria, has been awesome as well answering any questions I had and staying in contact with me over the phone. The whole office is well organized and welcoming. As far as my procedure, again, Dr. Court and his team were exceptional on informing me of all details of the surgery. I knew I was in good care and the surgery was successful. Highly recommend the Surgical Oncology and Endocrine Surgery department. I wish I could address everyone by name, but the receptionists and nurses have all been wonderful.
