Mental Health has ALWAYS had some stigma for my family. In 2020, during COVID, I broke! That in conjunction with some very old unresolved traumas I found myself needing some extra help. I started speaking with Megan Manning in April/May and was seeing some improvement. I had an attempt to end my life at the end of 2020 and also began speaking with Harmony Johnston. These two have help me tremendously. I would recommend this office to anyone looking for a solid mental heath team. They are so welcoming, even though we haven't met in person. They make you feel so secure and go above & beyond.
