Dr. Flynn was amazing. He took his time, explained everything about the procedure including what I could expect during and after the test. Very thorough, kind and personable! Would recommend him to anyone needing his expertise! His staff and nurses were great from my first call to the clinic, all the way through to today’s procedure. I had a great experience today at the clinics that are attached to the hospital. I saw a Spine Doctor and there was a student Doctor along with him. They listed to my concerns and I even asked them about a diagnosis not related to my spine issues. He looked at my x-rays and listened to what I was told about my shoulder issue and is looking into it further. I can't say enough good things that happened today during my time at the clinic. Everyone is very professional and kind in the way they treat their patients.

Had a Laminoplasty with Dr. Seth Williams. Excellent experience all around. Not only did the surgeon excel, but the third floor nursing team at EMH were, in a word, stellar. Special shout outs to nurses and assistants Brenda, Alma, Nicole and Andre. They all went above and beyond the duty call and really had a positive, wonderful vibe. Not only that but the pot roast was really, really good. We've all had wonky health experiences lately but the EMH really did it right. Thank you, EMH, I consider myself lucky to have had the procedure with you.
