When I went in for my periodic dermatology screening, Dermatology office staff were professional and efficient. Financial expectations were clear up front and I noted they have a reasonable monthly cost that patients can opt into if they need care longer term. The biller and office staff were proactive in scheduling quickly, getting my insurance information in advance and answering the financial and process questions I had as a first time patient. The medical assistant was efficient and kind. She made a point of communicating with Dr. Chelsey the concerns that brought me into the office before they came in. Dr. Chelsey's exam was definitely more thorough than past screenings in other states, and she was able to review the skin anomalies I had been concerned about and explain why they were not a concern and identify a spot for me to watch more carefully. The whole visit was remarkably easy and pleasant!
