The Specialist Clinic was founded by the Vecsés Community Council in 1984.
Currently, the budgetary body is maintained and the founder's rights are exercised by the Representative Body of the Vecsés City Government, which transformed the Vecsés Health Service into an independent budgetary institution in 2010.
