1. We walked in on a cold December 2nd evening. There was a chill in the air and the hospital seemed to be drowning in a thick, heavy fog.
Service was aight. There was no starbies which made the wait feel like forever! Also no recliners, minus 1 gold star for that.
2. Had to take my father into Ambulatory Care for a procedure that turned out to be a great deal worse than anticipated. They were AMAZING. Dr. Bensaleh and the nurses were exceptional. Special thnx to nurse Rona who treated my father like her own. So patient, compassionate and caring. You rock lady and the hospital is so very fortunate to have you on staff
