1. It’s not cheap, but the facilities are without a doubt the best in the city. They work smoothly with insurance companies, and the service as well as the attitude of the staff is a plus. If it’s gonna cost me anyway, I’d rather spend my money there than anywhere else in the city.
2. It was good only downside when was after surgery they didn’t lock the beds for me to transfer and I almost fell to the floor.
3. I got rushed to the VinMec ER with a severe stomach infection and had to spend the night. The facilities were very clean, doctors were knowledgeable and very professional, as were all the nurses and staff. Very few of the staff spoke any English, but they did have an on site translator who was extremely helpful and professional. However, when the translator wasn’t around, communication was challenging and mostly done through Google translate. The hospital also had good food & free wifi! The total cost of my stay was very affordable and they worked seamlessly with my travel insurance to get the billing sorted out. The nurses administered my medicine regularly and were always nearby if any issues arose. It’s never pleasant to spend time in an ER, but I felt safe and taken care of at the hospital!
