Always Reviewing
Very nice and modern hospital. I'd say it's one of the best in Hanoi. It is very clean and most staff members are friendly and speak English to a certain degree. If you have to see a doctor whose English is limited, you can request an interpreter for free. There are plenty of lifts and parking for motorbikes. If you arrive with a car taxi, then they can drive through and leave you by the door. Please remember to claim your Vin ID points when you pay, although some people who claim insurance don't get Vin ID points because of some policies. I can say customer service is excellent since they dealt with all my queries and issues very effectively, and nothing was too much for them. The medical staff are extremely attentive and cordial. Just a very few don't smile and even ignore customers and patients, but just very few. There is a pharmacy and a restaurant/cafe so you can eat there. There is also a back entrance for emergencies. It is less busy than the main entrance so you use this if you need more space or take longer time.

I deleted my previous review since I got a full explanation and apologizes from the hospital. Also, after the incident, I got an excellent support with several phone calls from the fantastic staff who primarily supported me as interpreter. She is really good !!
