I have nothing but good things to say about the staff at Vänerparkens VC. Have received nothing but good treatment and help there. Had to deal with them really acutely back in 2010 and then had a lot to do with them over the years. Stop whining so damn much because have you had such traumatic experiences...change VC then...yikes
