Founded by Adolf Andersohn, a local merchant and philanthropist, the museum showcases his extensive collection of global artifacts. The museum offers a glimpse into 19th-century exploration and cultural exchange, featuring exhibits on African wildlife, Egyptian antiquities, Chinese porcelain, and more.
