1. Yesterday I came into the hospital around noon with a lot of cardiac symptoms along side my chronic illnesses. The male nurse at triage was so kind to me and I was in right away. The first nurse who I forget her name was so nice to me when I was really anxious. When I was moved to a bed nurses Ray and Scarlett took care of me. They were so nice to me and had no problem going to grab me juice or ice water when I needed it. Dr Grady eventually came in after a few hours wait. I had no problem waiting a few hours because I was no longer critical and I understood there were patients more critical than me. He was so kind and refused to allow anyone to brush my symptoms off as anxiety. The two techs who did my CT scan were so pleasant too and made me feel really comfortable. It really took my mind off things. When I got discharged late yesterday night, the nurses were so sweet, and I’m thankful for everyone who took care of me.

2. Had an amazing experience with this hospital AGAIN! Arrived at 8.30am a left with a prescription in hand at 8.50am. 20 MINUTES! Staff were really pleasant and the doctor was incredibly patient with me (I’m squeamish). This is my fourth visit since moving out here 8 years ago and every visit has been seemless. Thank you to all staff members. You do an incredible job 🥰
