Whatley Health Services at Carrollton is a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) providing comprehensive primary care and preventive health services to the Carrollton, Alabama community and surrounding areas. As a nonprofit, community health center, it serves patients of all ages-regardless of insurance status or ability to pay-using a sliding fee scale for eligible individuals.
