1. I visited Emergency at Willy this morning and I cannot thank Reception, the beautiful Nurse (sorry I forgot your name but your accent was lovely) and Dr Paul enough for their kindness and care. Two small words but THANK YOU again, Maureen Dillon

2. I had day surgery recently @Williamstown hospital recently. From start to finish the professionalism, care and general attitude was outstanding. I was really impressed with amount of attention I received, every 20 mins or so from happy informative staff.

3. ED was great. Clearly states until what time they were open until.
It was fairly busy and it took a few hours for me to get seen, but that's how triaging works. All staff were very nice and courteous. Doctor listened to you and gave expert advice.
