I was on the 2nd floor and every single person from housekeeping, techs, nurses, the mri tech, Drs., food service asking about food preferences - every* single* person* I encountered, on every single shift, including nights and weekends, for 9 days was so kind and helpful. I did not have one bad experience. It also happened exactly this way a couple years ago when I was there for a similar situation.
