The New Clinic medical institution, which was inaugurated with the participation of President Ilham Aliyev and First Lady Mehriban Aliyeva, has been operating since March 28, 2020.

The medical facility, which has a total area of ​​nearly 100,000 square meters and fully meets standards in terms of its capabilities, has 575 patient beds, 70 intensive care units, and 21 operating rooms equipped with modern equipment.

In total, more than 500 doctors and medical staff work in the largest medical institution in the Caucasus, which currently operates the Surgery and Transplantation Center, Cardiovascular Center, Reproductive Health and Family Planning Center, Somatics and STROKE Center, Stroke Center (STROKE), Hematology and Bone Marrow Transplantation Center. There are 25 departments and 13 sections within the mentioned centers.

For the first time in our country and even in the region, among medical institutions, Yeni Klinika has received the internationally prestigious accreditation certificate for the hospital information management system of the United States of America's Health Information and Management Systems Society (HIMSS). The certificate was presented at the VI level of the Electronic Medical Record Adaptation Module (EMRAM), which is considered an important assessment module of HIMSS. The module in question is used in healthcare institutions providing inpatient services.

It should be noted that the Compulsory Medical Insurance system has been implemented at the Yeni Klinika medical institution since June 6, 2022. Every citizen of Azerbaijan can use all medical services included in the Compulsory Medical Insurance Services Envelope free of charge.
