I wanted to leave some feedback for Shannon and Luke. I went in not feeling well as most people do when they're visiting. Straight out of the gate the bedside manner, compasion and patience was unmatched. Luke without question is exactly the type of person I would hope to interact with for myself or any loved one. Shannon is nothing less than exceptional. I've been in before and had the pleasure of Shannon seeing me and prescribed what was needed. This trip was much more eventful than I expected, but I feel like it was divine intervention. Nobody ever wants to be at the doctors, if you do, the experience I had is what really makes the difference when you're already not feeling well. Thank you, thank you, thank you.

We were seen after a very reasonable wait (especially as walk-ins). Everyone was helpful, friendly, caring and obviously believe in what they do. Carson was wonderful about explaining next steps and making a recommendation for additional care. I felt cared for and in good hands.

I was a walk in for a tick bite, not my 1st rodeo, The staff were very professional,knowledgeable and one of them should be doing stand up comedy. (I feel that she missed her calling) This was the 1st time that I have had medical attention and also been entertained.
