Today we went to the emergency department with a 90-year-old grandfather. We arrived at the purulent surgery department. There was no queue, they told the receptionist their problem - my grandfather had inflammation of his legs, cracks, wounds. We were received by a doctor from the surgical department, Grigory Vladimirovich Bakulin, who examined us, and together with a nurse, we bandaged and treated our legs. The doctor gave recommendations on what to do next and where to go. In general, we were received very well, they helped us, they even provided us with a wheelchair for my grandfather, since he moves with great difficulty. The young doctor from the reception helped take my grandfather to a taxi, and even helped charge the phone, which died so that we could call a taxi. We sincerely thank you for your help, we are glad that there is an opportunity to reach out and receive recommendations and support. Grandfather and his wife are very happy about this human attitude!
