My wife’s grandmother was in the Central City Hospital. Due to the fact that the hospital is one of the first in the city, of course, in some places there are flaws in the repairs. HOWEVER!!! The doctors work first-class, the nurses provide the necessary order and routine, and the orderlies, in turn, provide cleanliness and order. My wife received a lot of help in caring for my grandmother, which was very surprising for us, with what warmth and respect you can treat a complete stranger. We were very pleased with the results of the treatment and the humane, good-natured attitude.

She was treated in the pulmonology department in November 2023.
I would like to note the friendliness and responsiveness of the nurses, the attentiveness and sensitivity of the attending physician (mine was Elena Vyacheslavovna Butkeeva). Treatment was prescribed adequately, medications and consumables were available. Even though you understand that something may be missing.
The food (for a hospital) was not bad. It’s clear that we didn’t come to a resort.
The department was renovated and the furniture was in good condition; the rooms, corridors, and toilets were constantly cleaned (although the cleanliness of the department also depends on the patients). It is noticeable that the head of the department is interested in the quality work of her department.
Despite the constant workload of the department, each of the employees tried to do their job efficiently, not forgetting about humanity. Thank you very much for this!
