Dr. Angel Fu is a highly qualified General Practitioner (GP) with an extensive background in women’s health, dermatology, and emergency medicine. She obtained her primary medical degree, the Bachelor of Medicine/Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS), from the University of Sydney in Australia, and also holds a Bachelor of Science (Honours) in Pharmaceutical Chemistry and Developmental Biology from the University of Toronto, Canada.
Dr. Fu is a Fellow of The Royal Australian College of General Practitioners (FRACGP) and has a broad range of training, including a Certificate of Emergency Medicine (EMC) obtained in 2017. She is also highly trained in reproductive and sexual health, holding the Family Planning Alliance Australia National Certificate. In pursuit of her interest in procedural skills and dermatology, Dr. Fu completed a Professional Certificate in Skin Cancer Medicine in 2019.
Dr. Fu performs a variety of procedures, including Implanon insertion/removal, iron infusions, spot checks, and excisional biopsies for concerned skin lesions. She enjoys the diversity of General Practice and is passionate about preventative health, focusing on a holistic approach to patient care.
