Dr Anil Gopireddy

Dr. Anil Gopireddy was born and raised in India, where he completed his surgical training and worked in surgery and surgical oncology for several years. After completing his training, Dr. Gopireddy moved to Australia and began his career as a surgical registrar at Kalgoorlie Health Campus. During this period, he completed rotations in general medicine, psychiatry, and emergency medicine, gaining valuable experience across various specialties.

Dr. Gopireddy then relocated to Dubbo with his family, where he worked at the Dubbo Base Hospital and gained further experience in emergency medicine. He joined Dubbo Medical and Allied Health to start his career as a general practitioner, combining his extensive surgical background with his growing interest in general practice. With over 14 years of experience, Dr. Gopireddy is committed to providing comprehensive, patient-centered care, focusing on chronic disease management, emergency care, and preventive health.

Dr. Gopireddy has been involved in surgical oncology research during his time working in India. His research focused on innovative surgical techniques in cancer treatment and early detection methods for various types of cancer. In Australia, he has also contributed to studies related to emergency medicine and public health, particularly around emergency care protocols in rural settings.
