Dr. Gillian Rawlings graduated from the University of New South Wales (UNSW) in 1982 and began practicing in general practice in Sydney for eight years. In 1992, Dr. Rawlings relocated to Tamworth and started working at Tamworth Base Hospital, where she has since made a significant contribution to the healthcare community.

With over 40 years of experience, Dr. Rawlings has developed a keen interest in Asthma, Palliative Care, and Women’s Health. Her career has been marked by a deep commitment to chronic disease management, particularly in managing respiratory conditions like asthma, and she has been involved in end-of-life care, providing compassionate palliative care to patients and their families.

Dr. Rawlings also offers expertise in women’s health, providing comprehensive care for women at various stages of life, including preventative health and reproductive health. Dr. Rawlings is passionate about her work and enjoys helping her patients achieve better health outcomes through education and proactive healthcare measures.
