Dr. Goka Avinash has over 28 years of experience in the medical field, with specialized training across multiple domains. He graduated from University of Mumbai, India, in 1995, and moved to the United Kingdom where he gained valuable experience working in Emergency Medicine, Internal Medicine, Cardiology, and Critical Care. He became fully registered with the General Medical Council (GMC) in 2000 and worked across multiple hospitals, treating patients in high-pressure environments.

In 2005, Dr. Avinash moved to Australia and continued his work in Emergency Medicine and Paediatrics at Sydney’s West Area Health. He further expanded his expertise by specializing in Child & Adolescent Mental Health at Orange Base Hospital. His clinical experience includes working with patients in the emergency department, managing paediatric emergencies, and providing cardiac care to both adults and children.

Dr. Avinash is particularly interested in hypertension, heart disease, lung disease (including Asthma and Emphysema), and Paediatrics. He is also skilled in Skin Cancer Surgery, having completed his Certificate in Advanced Skin Cancer Surgery through HealthCert International, under the University of Queensland. He currently operates his own medical services business at Russell St Medical Centre and continues to treat patients across a wide variety of medical conditions, offering high-quality care and surgical services.
