Dr. Heidi Howard-Griffin is a trusted General Practitioner with over a decade of experience in primary care. She began her career in the UK after graduating from the University of Birmingham, then refined her skills through GP training in central London. There she handled diverse clinical cases involving family medicine, paediatrics, and women’s health. After moving to Australia in 2014, she earned her FRACGP and became known for her empathetic, patient-first approach. Since joining Sydney Road Family Medical Practice in May 2019, Dr. Heidi has established herself as a dedicated physician with a reputation for clarity, clinical excellence, and continuity of care, especially valued by young families and women seeking reproductive health support.

Dr. Heidi Howard-Griffin has actively contributed to research-informed clinical practice throughout her career, particularly in the areas of women’s health and general practice education. During her early years in the UK, she was involved in a quality improvement initiative evaluating outcomes of contraception counseling in primary care settings. Since relocating to Australia, she has participated in practice-level audits focusing on cervical cancer screening compliance and antenatal care delivery.

Dr. Heidi Howard-Griffin is a UK-trained General Practitioner with over 12 years of clinical experience in family medicine, women’s health, and paediatrics. She earned her Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MBChB) from the University of Birmingham in 2008 and subsequently completed her General Practice training in Central London. During her postgraduate years, she pursued additional qualifications in obstetrics, gynaecology, and sexual health, earning the DRCOG and DFSRH diplomas.

After relocating to Australia in 2014, she attained Fellowship of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners (FRACGP), enabling her to continue providing comprehensive primary care within Australian healthcare systems. She joined Sydney Road Family Medical Practice in Balgowlah, NSW in May 2019, where she focuses on holistic care across all age groups. Dr. Heidi is widely respected for her empathetic approach, patient education, and continuity of care, particularly in maternal and child health.

In addition to her clinical role, Dr. Heidi maintains a strong interest in medical education. She supervises undergraduate medical students during their clinical placements and contributes to the development of practical learning resources aimed at enhancing real-world diagnostic and consultation skills.
