Dr John D Hung is a consultant cardiologist at Liverpool Heart and Chest Hospital, bringing over a decade of experience in cardiovascular care. He specialises in interventional cardiology, valvular heart disease, coronary heart disease, palpitations, chest pain and hypertension (high blood pressure).
 
Before joining Liverpool Heart and Chest Hospital, Dr Hung served as a complex coronary intervention fellow at St George's University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust in London. He also co-founded Bio habit Ltd, where he works as medical director, focusing on developing advanced diagnostics for better patient care.
 
Dr Hung earned his Bachelor's Degree in Medicine from the University of Liverpool and completed his Doctor of Philosophy in Cardiovascular Science at The University of Edinburgh. He holds certifications including MRCP(UK) and has received validations in cardiology and medicine.
 
With a solid foundation in both clinical practice and research, Dr Hung is passionate about pushing the boundaries of cardiovascular medicine to benefit patients. He remains committed to excellence and strives to make a meaningful impact in the field.
