Dr. Laura Shobbrook is a highly skilled General Practitioner with over 13 years of experience in family medicine and general practice. Dr. Shobbrook initially joined the Central Medical Group as a medical student from Monash University, Melbourne and later returned as a registrar in General Practice in 2012.

In 2015, Dr. Shobbrook became a Practice Principal at Central Medical Group and is also the Deputy Chairman of the Central Medical Group Governance Group, where she plays a key role in the practice's strategic direction and governance.

Dr. Shobbrook is responsible for coordinating registrar training within the practice, ensuring that future generations of general practitioners receive high-quality education and hands-on experience in family medicine. Her areas of focus include preventative healthcare, chronic disease management, and patient education.

In addition to her medical career, Dr. Shobbrook is also a competitive racquetball and squash player, which provides her with a healthy work-life balance and keeps her physically active.
